New UNIQUE venue for weddings just south of Raleigh! A recently renovated historic building in the quaint town of Fuquay-Varina, NC the facility has over 11,000 square feet of space to accommodate the wedding of your dreams! . 

Reserve a room or the whole facility.  The facility is both flexible & accomodating -  rooms can be transformed to accomodate a wedding ceremony, reception, dancing or coctail hour.  The building hosts a theater with 120 movable seating and large stage, a mirrored hardwood floor studio, a ballroom, an upstairs carpeted ballroom & several rooms perfect for catering set-up or bride and groom preparations.  We can do it all for you or you can bring in your own professionals.

Theater seats 120 guests  theater style - 90 guests at tables.
Ballroom seats 85 - 130 (dependent on round/rectangular tables with/without dance floor).
