Had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely professional, patient and helpful. They were really flexible with scheduling fittings, as I don't live in Raleigh. Their seamstress did an absolutely amazing job creating from scratch a bolero that perfectly matched my wedding dress, down to the beading and lace- it was truly a work of art. I couldn't be happier with how the ensemble turned out! I've told so many people how amazing their dresses are, and have gotten so many compliments about my dress and bolero. I am extremely proud to tell people that I got my dress at Traditions!

My dress was my favorite part of my wedding. It was affordable, but beautiful and timeless. Susan, my stylist at Traditions, was like a mother to me throughout the process. She worried about me when I needed it. She checked in with me. She cried with me when I found the one. She was just so perfect. When I brought my sister's veil in that was not purchased with my dress, they steamed it for free! I can't say enough good things about all the lovely ladies at the salon. My maid of honor just bought her wedding dress there too!

Our experience with Traditions was exceptional. My daughter Tudi is a caterer and has seen many beautiful brides walk down the isle. She wanted something unique and everyone put their heads together to accomplish that goal. If I do say so, Tudi looked smashing in her Traditions creation. There were always warm greetings and friendly smiles each time we went in for fittings and they totally accomodated Tudi's work schedule. The "alterations angel" Maria was totally in the know and she gave us confidence. We felt that for what we got and what we paid, it was a value. We were thrilled and what fun! Picture perfect. We felt pampered.

I cannot say enough good things about Traditions by Anna Bridal Boutique! They were amazing in helping me find my bridal gown and the service was truly superior to any other bridal store I went to in the triangle area (and made the experience great, even though my mother could not come with me). I worked with Anna herself, but every employee is excellent. She helped me pick a dress (and order custom changes) as well as a veil and hair comb. Everything came out so perfectly we went pack and found my mom's mother of the bride dress there. We can't wait to wear our dresses on the big day.

TBA was the 4th store I went to try on bridal gowns and it obviously was my last stop! Before I arrived, Martha had pulled a handful of dresses and then walked me around the salon to pick out a few more. Martha made me feel confident about my decision and her opinions were very helpful. The seamstress, Maria, is an absolute marvel. She completely reconstructed the top portion of my dress and no one could tell. These ladies offer outstanding service, make you feel one of a kind, and have a wide selection of styles from which to choose.

I had the most amazing experience getting my dress from Traditions by Anna! They made me feel so special and really took the time to make sure I was 100% happy with my dress. From the first appointment down to the last fitting, I thoroughly enjoyed working with each and every member of their staff. I can't thank them enough for giving me such a wonderful experience!

AMAZING!! This is the best word to describe Traditions by Anna. They took the time and made me feel special when I went to pick out my dress. They spent a lot of time with me and let me try on several dresses and gave me their honest opinions. Even after I bought the dress, they let me come in and show the store model to my friends and when I took it to another lady to do my alterations and didn't use the one they recommended, they didn't act rude towards me at all. By far the most professional bridal place I went to in the Triangle and the BEST dresses by far. I ordered my bridesmaids' dresses at TBA as well. The Lula Kate dresses were AMAZING!! There was a small miscommunication about if one of my bridesmaids should order a materity dress or not (she was only going to be 5 months pregnant at the wedding) and when it came in it didn't fit. They handled the situation WONDERFULLY. They didn't say, "Sorry we can't help you" or "You can buy another one, but there is nothing else we can do." Instead, Anna called me herself and we talked about it. My bridesmaid went in the next day and within 2 weeks, she had a new dress! They are AMAZING!! The old saying, "You get what you paid for" is SO TRUE!! The dresses aren't cheap, but it is SO WORTH IT. I won't lie, I went over my budget on my dress but I would do it again in a heart beat. The service at TBA is great, their dresses are in style, and their customer service is out of this world! If you go, ask to work with MARTHA, she is amazing. Anyone that lives within 2 hours of the Triangle should go to TBA to get their dress, their bridesmaids' dresses, and their mother of the brides dress!

Just read the negative review about Emily and I'm stunned. She was my consultant and I could not have had a better experience! She was helpful without being pushy and was incredibly patient with my mom, sister and me as I had a difficult time choosing between a few different styles. She's the one that ultimately helped me select my dress (Paloma Blanca, style 4166). As far as Traditions as a whole, I would 100% recommend that brides make an appointment to try gowns on here. Their gowns are exquisite and the value and customer service cannot be beat. They even gave me a phone call out of the blue a few days ago to see how my wedding went and asked me to bring in pictures. Great...

Anna and her staff are wonderful and very kind. Anna donated jewelry for my wedding through Operation Marry Me Military. She gave me my pick of the store and I couldn't have been more excited with what she let my maid of honor and I have to wear. Since I'm not from the Raleigh area and my wedding was coming up quickly, I didn't have time to order a dress through Traditions but they still steamed and prepared my gown for me after getting to town. Anna has a beautiful store and any bride will have fun visiting.

I am absolutely SHOCKED to read reviews that are anything less than a 5! Martha (my consultant) and Anna (the owner) were absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to any of my friends in a heartbeat. We had a great experience with the entire staff - even with Maria who does the alterations. Their dress selection is fabulous and they seem to have something to fit most budgets. The classy and elegant atmosphere of their store was wonderful; what a great place to begin all of the wedding festivities!

Oh my, I can not even begin to say how thankful I was for Martha at Traditions. She pulled my dress on the first try! She knew exactly what I wanted without me being able to describe it completely. Once my dress was purchased all of the ladies were great with my alterations and questions. Maria was able to make my dress work with 3" heels and flats! Loved everyone at Traditions!

I cannot thank the ladies from Traditions by Anna enough. Each and every person helped to make my special day perfect. They urged me to try on different styles which helped me to find the perfect dress. It was a style that I didnt expect but without their help I never would have found it. They made dress shopping and all of the fitting feel so special. Maria, the in-house tailor is a miracle worker! I have never seen such flawless tailoring! My dress had multiple layers and intricate beading at the waist and had to be altered by about 4 inches and it looked absolutely perfect! Thanks again ladies! I recommend Traditions by Anna 100%

I went to Traditions in "distress" because the dress I had ordered from a different boutique still had not arrived...it was 3 months past the due date that boutique gave me. I walked in just to "look around" not expecting to be able to try anything on. When I told Jane my story about my other dress she immediately took me in, rearranged her brides for that time slot and allowed me to try on dresses. I ended up falling IN LOVE with a dress there, and I was nervous about buying because I knew I had to pay for the entire other dress as well, but how do you say no to your crying mother? Anna made sure that my dress was in on time and did not charge me a rush fee. Alterations was great. Everything about the experience was fantastic. I am so glad that I stumbled upon that dress. I received sooooo many compliments and when my other dress did come in, everyone said they were soooooo happy that I had gone to Traditions and bought that dress. I HIGHLY recommend Traditions by Anna for your wedding gown.

The best place in the WORLD to get a dress. They are the best in the business!!!

This was the first and only place I looked for a dress. The service was fantastic. I asked for minor alterations to be made, which the designer was happy to do. I worked with Tempe and Anna, both were so kind and very helpful. Anna made wonderful suggestions for a place to get my shoes dyed and a place to have my dress preserved. Their seamstress was also great...she did a great job with the final fittings and even added some jewels to my veil.

Traditions was a WONDERFUL experience from beginning to end. The people were great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was just wonderful.

Anna and her staff were a dream. They are very laid back and relaxed about the whole process. They let you pick out gowns to try on, but also make some suggestions. They let you take your time trying things on. I was buying a gown from NY, and they were so accomidating with my flights and the fittings. Also, they have a wonderful selection of dresses.

My consultant, Martha, was a dream come true! I never felt pressured to buy or hurried. I absolutely love my dress (Georgina by Romona Keveza Legends) and Martha made me feel so beautiful. I was nervous about going because I explained over the phone that I was not a skinny girl but I was never treated differently from any other gorgeous and tiny girl there. I feel so special and comfortable every time I walk in!

I purchased my dress from Traditions by Anna. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. I chose this boutique because there was a dress in particular that I had in mind, which I had tried on earlier in a different city. I searched around at other shops before ending up at Traditions. The dress was expensive, but comparable to the prices I had seen elsewhere. On top of that, they offered me a discount incentive for first time clients that might want to buy the dress at the first visit or shortly after. I thought this was a nice touch from a sales standpoint, offering a discount option rather than overtly pressuring to purchase the dress on the spot. Their alterations person did an amazing job. I asked for a good amount of tulle to be removed from the dress and boning to be added among other things. I was concerned initially about making structural changes, but it came out beautifully. The alterations price was pretty steep, but it was worth it. The dress was perfect. The sales people are friendly, although some seem as though they may be trying a little too hard to be nice to you.
