Our cake was absolutely beautiful and it tasted delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste testing and finding such yummy combinations. We are definitely looking forward to our anniversary cake! I couldn't be happier with the results.

Absolutely the best cake ever! I already want another cake from them. Everyone loved the cake and it tasted as good as it looked! I can not wait a year to get my anniversary cake.

We had heard about Sweet Memories from many vendors in the Raleigh area. We happen to be down the street and stopped in just as they were finishing up a tasting. Even though we missed it they took us back into the kitchen and let us sample and take home anything we wanted! They designed our cake perfectly to match our invitations, which Donna showed us while were there (Paperwhites Press amazing!! Thank you Donna for great recommendation!) Then I surprised my groom and designed a cake with Alli that literally looked like a hot sauce bottle cut in half! It was AWESOME! When I went to pick it up I even got to see our wedding cake being decorated! Both cakes were perfect, beautiful, and DELICIOUS!! Many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding cake they ever had!

My husband and I are very pleased to recommend Sweet Memories Bakery. Not only was our wedding cake decorated according to our exact specifications, it was absolutely delicious. I have been to many weddings in my lifetime and have NEVER been as impressed by the presentation and taste of a wedding cake until our wedding. My fiance and I must have tasted a half a dozen cakes. While all of the cakes were "good," Donna's Sweet Memories wedding cakes were clearly the most tasty. The cakes are absolutely beautiful and unbelievably delicious. Our wedding cake search was over once we met with Donna and her colleagues;

When I started looking online and in magazines for pictures of wedding cakes that I liked, I realized that they pretty much all looked the same to me! I wanted something different, something unique, for our wedding cake. I had tried Donna's cakes at the wedding show in January and absolutely loved all the flavors so I immediately thought of her when considering which baker to choose. Even though I knew the cake would taste delicious, my wedding planner (Shawn Schindler from Your Special Day) and I met with Donna to see what she thought about making the cake. Donna immediately loved the design, and added her own special touches that I hadn't even thought of. My fiance and I liked that each layer could be a different flavor, since neither of us wanted plain white or chocolate cake. Donna gave us a great price, and the cake looked great at the reception! We have received so many compliments on it- how beautiful it was and how great it tasted. We can't wait to order another cake from Donna for our one year anniversary :)

My cake was delicious! My guests are still raving about it. The Southern Aristocrat complimented our day is an exceptional manner. Additionally, the staff were friendly, flexible, patient and provided excellent service.

My wedding cake was the most gorgeous cake I have ever seen! It was also delicious... and customized especially for me. When I saw the cake on my wedding day, I was so excited!!! Donna is truly an artist! To top it off, all of our guests loved the cake... a few admitted to eating more than one piece! So many people have asked me who I used and want to hire them for their own wedding or family weddings... Sweet Memories Bakery is the best!

Sweet Memories was awesome. About a month before the wedding, I changed how the cake was decorated. It was no problem and it matched my invitations (but not too matchy-matchy). The cake was sooo good! And they provide you with a cake for your one year anniversary!

Sweet Memories was a breeze to work with. I met them a few times and told them what I wanted. They delivered the perfect cake. I had them design the cake with the detail I had on my dress and it looked so good. The cake not only looked good but it tasted good. Everyone was commenting on how delicious it was.

We were so happy with Sweet Memories!! The cake looked and tasted perfect. I could not have asked for better cake or better service. To top it off, on our 1 year anniversary, they gave us an 8-inch version of our wedding cake for free and we were able to relive our wedding!

Donna at Sweet Memories was amazing to work with. She always remembered me and was genuinely excited about my wedding. I let her be creative and she designed the cake to look like my lace wedding dress, complete with the sash I wore and then did the most amazing edible flowers to match my bouquet. Not only was it the most beautiful cake I've ever seen, it was so delicious! I am still getting emails from my guests about how they'd never had cake so yummy. I chose Simple Elegance with fresh strawberries inside!

I sampled numerous bakeries at a local wedding show and Sweet Memories by far has the best cakes! We had 3 different flavors - Hummingbird, Sweet Potato, and the Strawberry/Whipped Cream Combo. I was very pleased with both the appearance of the cake and the taste. I would definitely recommend.

This was the best cake! We loved the chocolate with chocolate mousse and the marble cake with Bailey's mousse. YUM-O! It was beautifully decorated and just as I had ordered/envisioned.
