Beth is AWESOME!!! She bent over backwards to ensure my exact color scheme and listened to what I had envisioned for my guests. The staff here is amazing-so professional and accommodating. The food is amazing!!!!

Beth and her team were a pleasure to work with! From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding, they provided excellent service in a professional manner. The first day we met with Beth to choose our menu, she sent us over to her restaurant where her husband had prepared the EXACT dishes we had chosen for our wedding! What service! The day of the wedding everything was exactly as she had promised it would be. My guests couldn't stop raving about the food saying it was the "best wedding food" they had ever had! They were right. You can't go wrong when you choose Beth and her team to cater your event.

Beth and her staff were wonderful to work with! The food is out of this world, and they can do any type of Catering from very basic to elaborate! We also got our cake from Beth, and it was delicious! All of our guests were very impressed with the dinner, cake and decorating Rosa Mae's did for us. We sampled sevral other caterers food, and Rosa Mae's was FAR and away the best! We had 250 guests, passed hor dervs, carving sttion, 2 other meats, fondu fountain, and a lot more!

Beth was extremely easy to work with. She worked with our budget and our taste. She wanted to make sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. Our wedding cake was tailored to my husband and I. We had guests comment on how good the food was. Beth also made sure our reception ran smoothly from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this caterer.

The food was wonderful and affordable. They were willing to travel the 1 1/2 to our wedding site without a problem. Provided everything we needed and were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend. We had lots of great things said about our cake...delicious.
