Staff was outstanding, food was excellent and everyone had a great time. The steaks by Chris got lots of compliments, and the Chocolate Granash Cake was INCREDIBLE. Jen was a pleasure to work with and meet all of our needs as we worked long distance together.

You did a fabulous job with our reception. Kevin and his staff were very professional and quick to respond to requests. The food was wonderful--people commented about it for days afterwards. Thanks for making this event perfect!

We chose Rocky Top after it was highly recommended by several of our other vendors. Being from out of town, I was hesitant to let my family do the tasting, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. They have an extensive menu to choose from and lots of different options for the format. My now-husband and I literally didn't sit down the entire evening but the staff went out of their way to box up some of everything!! Eating it later, we really regretted not getting to try it at the reception. The staff was absolutely as well- some of the most professional people I've worked with. They were very attentive to guests' needs and even came outside and made sure the bridal party got some of the passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks while waiting to go into the reception. They also made sure the two of us had a fresh drink in hand all evening, which we are so grateful for! They exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend them!

Kevin was very easy to work with and very helpful in the planning process. The food and service was also amazing, most of the people at the wedding said it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

We had Rocky Top as our caterer for our buffet dinner at our reception. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone came up to us afterwards saying how delicious everything was. I liked how they offer a tasting night where you can go for dinner and sample certain things that they would serve. The people working the reception were so nice and always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand :) Jenn was great to work with too!

Superior, Top-notch, & First-rate are words I'd use to describe Kevin DeHimer and Rocky Top Catering. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin DeHimer coordinating menu items, linens, glassware & china for my wedding reception. He was extremely professional, responded promptly to emails & down right fun to work with! On my wedding day my guests were very impressed with the Rocky Top staff and their high level of service. They were very attentive to everyone's needs and the food was amazing!

Rocky Top is GREAT! I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his team. The food was so amazing and the staff was so professional. Everyone at our wedding commented how good the servers were and how fantastic the food tasted. Cocktail hour and dinner ran so smoothly and everyone got their food quickly. Kevin really listened to what we wanted for our menu and executed exactly how we planned. Kevin also personally made sure that we had all of the rental items we would need to serve the dinner since our venue was a blank space.

This food was excellent!!! The service was impeccable! I asked our guests and everyone said that it was the best wedding food they'd had (especially the lyonnaise sweet potatoes side and the Thai chicken salad hors d'oeuvre) and that the the servers and planner were extremely attentive. Our coordinator there took care of so many things that I didn't even think of and just made the whole evening run so smoothly. Kevin DeHimer is awesome!!! I can't recommend this vendor enough--food was top notch, service was perfect, and they went above and beyond.

Rocky Top was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about this caterer. The food was delicious and they ran the cocktail hour and dinner reception so smoothly. We had waiters that came around to the tables to get drink refills and invited our guests up to the buffet so our band didn't have to announce table numbers. My husband and I were taken care of the entire night and they got us plates so we didn't have to go through the line. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They definitely know what they're doing and their chefs rock!!!

Rocky Top catering and 1705 Prime did a fabulous job on our wedding! The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, and Jenn Carlin was great to work with. We heard great feedback from many of our guests on the excellent and attentive waitstaff and bartenders. Everyone there was ready to help us out! The value of the food and venue is excellent, I highly recommend 1705 Prime to anyone looking for a place to hold their wedding reception.

Absolutely phenomonal. From the time we met with Kevin when we got engaged to the night of our wedding, everything was above and beyond expectations. The tasting was great, we were hooked from the get go. We were provided direction with what would go well with our crowd, our venue, our time of year, etc. at our reception we had two staff members that waited on us personally all night. It was great haha. As is typical for the bride and groom we didn't get to eat, but we did however get te leftovers sunday night. Yummy!!!! I wouldn't consider another caterer in town!

Our wedding was perfect. Jenn and Kella did an incredible job. They were so easy to work with. Everything was wonderful- the food was delicious- we are still getting compliments on the food! The bar service was quick, everything was set out perfectly. Kella worked our event and she made sure that the timeline was kept, which was such a blessing. The employees working our event were kind, impeccably dressed and very professional. I think my favorite part was the cake table up against the glass wine cellar- AMAZING!
