Where do I begin? My husband and I were married at Duke Chapel where 145 of our closest friends and family gathered to celebrate. Our Ceremony was incredibly personalized and moving. The most unique and the most heartfelt Ceremony I have ever witnessed to date. I was in tears, my now husband was glassy eyed, as were the majority of our guests and the entire bridal party. My mother-in-law was in joyous tears. Afterwards, both Steve and I were taken back by the number of guests whom independently approached us to express that our Ceremony was the best Ceremony they had witnessed to date. Comments included (but were not limited to) the originality, the emotional sentiment, and the thoughtfulness which moved the entire Chapel. Kayelily is a master in her profession. She weaved in elements such a secret paragraphs and meaningful passages honoring us as a couple. My husband and I held hands the entire Ceremony aside from the occasional incidences where Kayelily (prepared as always) handed my then fiance a handkerchief to blot my tears. I would recommend Kayelily to any Bride-to-Be reading this post. We are so happy that Kayelily was available to officiate our outdoor wedding in Raleigh. She put together a unique and beautiful ceremony which combined both Hindu and Christian traditions. Her flexibility in working with us while we are living in Texas was helpful, from video conferencing on skype to providing confidence of a smooth wedding when we met her in person on the day of. We received numerous compliments from our guests on a personalized and "never a dull moment" memorable ceremony. Thank you so much Kayelily for a priceless day!!

We could not have asked for a better officiant than Kayelily. We found her through her blog, and I just knew she would be perfect. When I contacted her via email, she responded within the hour and set up a meeting with us at her lovely home. She was so warm and personable, as well as organized and professional. We didn't like the idea of being married by a stranger, but Kayelily felt like a friend. We wanted a simple, non-religious ceremony with no attendants and no rehearsal needed. We got married in front of 50 close friends and family at a downtown restaurant where she has officiated many times. Everything went off without a hitch. Kayelily has a variety of programs that she allowed us to edit to fit exactly what we wanted. We incorporated poems, acknowledgements to family members and our own secret vows. The best part, Kayelily printed out the vows and kept her finger on the words for us to follow along as we spoke. That was a big help because it eliminated the need for us to keep up with a copy during the ceremony. She even wiped the lipstick from my hubby's mouth before we did the recessional, so he wouldn't have red smudges for the photos. She also brought a microphone so everyone could hear what was being said. She also took care of mailing off the forms so by the time we got back from our honeymoon, a certified copy of our license had arrived from the Register of Deeds office. If you're thinking about using Kayelily, don't hesitate. She made our special day more memorable by being low-maintenance (just like us), taking care of the details and focusing on us. Our guests loved her, too.

Kayelily Middleton officiated our wedding on December 22, 2012. She was fabulous!!! She was so professional and made our wedding very personal. Kayelily was a god-send! I was so lucky to find her! She worked with us every step of the way and made our ceremony the most memorable I've ever heard. It was all about us. She's a sweet and relaxed woman and was really willing to go that extra mile. We even got a discount because we had such an odd day and money was worrisome. She's very reasonably priced for the wonderful and memorable ceremony you will get. My wedding was perfect and it really wouldn't have been as amazing if it wasn't for her wonderful ceremony that so perfectly illustrated my relationship to my husband. If I have a child we will definitely be going back to her for his or her dedication. I love her!

My wife & I could not be happier with Kayelily. We had a very nerdy- / science- / future-themed wedding, & Kayelily jumped in with both feet. She performed a ceremony that had just the right mix of romance & humor. She could not have been more perfect. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kayelily is absolutely wonderful! We were looking for a ceremony that would be beautiful, personal, intimate and a little funny. She helped us to craft our story exactly this way, she managed to read with a perfect tone in her voice making us and every guest feel very special. Kayelily was great! I lost count of how many family and friends made specific note of her kindness. I especially liked her ability to "gather the troops" as our wedding was fairly casual! Kayelily is the absolute best!! So many of our guests told us that they were blown away with the ceremony she created for us. Kayelily does a remarkable job getting to know the couples she works with so that she can create an original ceremony that is totally unique to each couple she marries. I wish I could mark a 6 for flexibility on the rating chart- that is how flexible and accommodating Kayelily was for our perfect, October 13th ceremony at the Carolina Inn. When I first met Kayelily, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and decorum. I was equally impressed by her honesty and humor. She is someone who is easy to get along with, yet also takes her job very seriously. Your ceremony is her top priority and she will work with you time and time again to perfect it! Over the months Tom and I crafted our ceremony and it was by far the most important and fun thing we did together. Kayelily provides you with ample material to go through and we were able to find poems and bible verses that best described us and varying ceremony formats to choose from. I can honestly say the finished product 100% represented Tom and I. Kayelily worked with us frequently to update our ceremony because of Tom's sister and Mom being unable to attend. She not only helped us craft the perfect words to bring them to memory, but also reached out with spiritual and emotional support. After the ceremony, we got nothing but rave reviews from our guests. So many wonderful comments like: "That was the most touching and beautifully unique ceremony we have ever been to." Tom and I give Kayelily our highest of recommendations. Our ceremony was perfect. It was funny, sweet and just what Vaughn and I wanted. Everyone has raved about the ceremony since the wedding. It was so intimate and we loved it!

Whether you have a pastor and you want a different but special ceremony or if you are new to the area and do not have a church home yet, Reverend Middleton will be the PERFECT choice! My familys' pastor was a no show for counseling and the rehearsal and my wedding planner found Rev. Middleton and she provided a ceremony that was special, personalized, professional and she reassured us that she would be in attendance. Upon this short notice, she let us review, correct and approve of the ceremony and vows and surprised us with personalized vows that almost made me cry! Countless guests commented on the warm, sincere vows/ceremony. My cousin was so engaged in the words that she opted not to remove her toddler from the ceremony so she could hear all of the words! It was just a lovely, lovely day!

Our ceremony turned out great! It was very personal and full of humor. Many people commented afterwards how much they loved it and that it was the best they ever heard. Kayelily Middleton was the officiant for my our wedding Friday September 14, 2012. She had officiated for my sister two years ago so when we got engaged we knew exactly who to go to!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend her to any couple! She gave us a ton of material to look at to choose our "perfect wedding ceremony". We choose a modern ceremony and even put together our own vows so we were able to express exactly what we wanted to! She has a little bit of everything from traditional, modern to spiritual. The ceremony went flawless and so many people commented how personalized our ceremony was! She is the best around!

Absolutely LOVED working with Kayelily to create the most perfect wedding ceremony we could have dreamed of. From the moment we met in Raleigh, she was kind, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable about exactly how to make a ceremony unique and special.
