Jared Galleria of Jewelry

Both my husband and my rings came from Jared and we could not be any happier with them. The staff at Jared is so easy to work with and not pushy at all. We will only shop at Jared when we make jewelry purchases because they were so great!

My husband and I had found my three stone black and white diamond awesome engagement ring online. We went looking for wedding bands and it became a very difficult situation. The last place we went to was Jared in Durham after going to every jewerly store around the mall and we didn't realize they did custom work. They created an incredible band that matches my ring perfectly. My husband also found a band that worked very well for him and that he enjoyed. Of course this was another thing my husband and I did at the last moment and when Jared was unable to meet the time frame they gave us. There was also a mix up with how many stones would make up the ring but they ate the cost and gave us quite a few diamonds for free. They really hustled and produced an incredible ring for an incredible price.

I loved Jared. The moment you walk in they offer to clean any jewelery that you're wearing and they offer you water, capuccino, or cookies. Their employees show you to where the wedding bands are and can give you details about each one. They aren't overbearing, they'll let you sit and look without them if you prefer which is nice, and rare. Their no interest financing for 1 year was really nice!

I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. I had my wedding band resized. When the jeweler resized it, some debris in the band burnt and left dark specs which made the diamonds look awful. The ring was unrepairable and the jeweler was very apologetic and replaced the ring.

Very professional, very helpful. With NO knowledge of what to look for or expect, they were honest and helped us find the perfect rings for our budget. They were timely and also helped us come up with a payment plan that suited us.
