Jared - Galleria of Jewelry (Cary NC)

Jareds helped create a beautiful ring for me! Love the ring. However, the staff is hit or miss. I've dealt with 2 extremely rude sales women there. Almost made the experience completely miserable. ONe salesman saved the day so for that reason, I give this Jareds 2.5 stars.

my husband loved everyone at jareds they helped him find everything he needed... and when i went back to get my ring sized they all knew who i was.... (how i dont know) but they were all the sweetest people and fabulous to work with.... we recomend jared to all of our friends

Don't go here for a custom piece. They can't handle it! My husband and I have been working with Jared's to get my rings right for over a year. We were engaged for 11 months and I had my engagement ring for less than half that time. The wedding band we designed was also incorrect. We received both my rings, still incorrect, 4 days before the wedding. We turned that in AGAIN after we came back from the honeymoon and I haven't seen my rings for almost two months, the entire time we have been married. Over the year and three months we have been dealing with Jared's they have made us five rings and all have been wrong. If you want to wear and enjoy your rings don't go here.

Overall, my husband and I had a good experience with Jared. We purchased our wedding bands from the Cary, NC location. The staff was very polite and helpful. We needed some extra attention because we were using our own diamonds from my grandmother's wedding ring to put in our wedding bands. There were two women who were great and helped us design and find exactly what we wanted. The rings turned out beautiful, and they were fairly reasonably priced. Also, Jared has a very good warranty program, so I highly reccommend that. The only problem that I have is this: for my husband's ring, they did not have what we were looking for in stock, so we searched in their catalog at the store and found the perfect ring that had a slot in it for them to place my grandmother's diamond. Everything was fine and it ended up looking great, but after wearing the ring for only 3 days, the diamond came loose and fell out of the ring, and is now lost. I was devastated. They were very apologetic and helpful at Jared and they replaced the diamond immediately, but it still does not bring back the sentimental value. With that being said, I would still recommend Jared over any other jeweler for your wedding ring needs. They are prompt, polite, and helpful, with a huge selection and good value.

Jared is a great vendor. They have a wonderful selection. Some items are expensive but they have affordable items as well. They really took care of us!

What can I say... they were perfect!!!! They offer water as you walk in the door - or coffee if you are cold. They have great prices and an amazing selection of jewelry! We bought both my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band there. We actually special ordered his band, and when the package arrived, there was beautiful leather photo album as well. Their team knows jewelry and is willing to work with you (without being pushy - a pet peeve of mine) to help you find what you want.

We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Jared. Both my engagement and wedding rings were purchased here. I also bought the necklace that I wore on my wedding day here as well. Their staff has to be some of the friendliest people I've encountered. They never once made us feel rushed to make a decision. They even encouraged us to bring our rings in right before the wedding for complimentary cleaning to be sure they looked their best! We will continue to use Jared's for all our jewelry needs.

The jewelry is gorgeous. I love, love, love it. I recommend getting the lifetime ESP plan. They cover almost every thing and are great with "check ups"--they clean the rings and check the quality of the stones each time I visit. The customer service is amazing.

I LOVE JARED'S!!! The people there are so nice. When my husband (then fiance) and I went in the very first time to start looking at rings, we knew instantly that this was the place we were going to work with. I was able to custom-design my ring, and it's beautiful! I get compliments ALL the time! We also bought our wedding bands from Jared's and they are great too! The best part is the lifetime warranty/insurance that Jared's offers. My husband paid somewhere around $50 back when he bought the ring in 2004. Then, just a few months ago, I was at work one day and slammed my hand on the desk and the diamond popped out. Fortunately, I didn't lose it and when I took it in, they were so nice! I had to have the setting redone and didn't have to pay a penny! It was great! Also, you can walk-in at anytime and they will clean jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces) in just minutes!
