I had a wonderful experience with Jessica and Jagged Events. I started wedding planning on my own and found it so overwhelming... then I found Jessica. She had great ideas and helped me with things I never would have thought of. I received wonderful guidance and found Jagged Events to be professional and willing to go that extra step for me. What's more, I felt that she truly cared that my wedding day was perfect... and it was, thanks in part to Jessica. On the day of the wedding, we felt that Jagged Events was somewhat unprepared for the specific challenges of our event. One big issue for us was corsages: our readers, aunt, and grandmother never received their corsages; not only did this waste some of our money, but more importantly this failed to recognize some people who are very important to us. Jagged Events also could have contacted the caterer before Friday afternoon to ensure a more smooth pre-event operation; the day-of-wedding preparations were not well coordinated and caused stress for the bride, the groom, the mothers, and bridal party. We felt like Jessica was very responsive to our specific requests. However, we had hoped that our wedding coordinator would offer more direction and advice towards what needed to be accomplished when (for planning the wedding). We believe that with more experience, Jagged Events might improve their service, especially for weddings with non-traditional elements like ours.
