Helzberg Diamonds

Helzburg diamonds was amazing to my husband and me! He created my engagement ring with the same woman who sold us our wedding bands. It was so surreal! She actually remembered the ring he created a year before we showed up to purchase our bands. We has been struggling for awhile as to what type of rings to get (platinum, tungston, ceramic) but she was patient with us and walked us through all the pro's and con's of sizing, durablity and dependability of each of the metals we were considering. Even though we had been to several jewlers prior to this store, we walked out the same day with our bands. I highly recommend Helzberg to anyone who wants straight honest answers and one of the best ring guarantees on the market.

Most jewelry stores have very pushy and sometimes unbearable salespeople but we have been dealing with this Helzberg store (Winston Salem, hanes Mall) for more than just our wedding jewelry for the past 3 years. They have an amazing staff, their store manager is amazing, and they greet us by name every time we stop in (which is often haha). I would definitely recommend them to anyone... and their selection is beautiful and reasonably priced, and not just for engagement and wedding jewelry!

We purchased my husband's wedding band from here and they were very friendly and helpful with band selection. We had searched around several stores before coming back to here, but this is where we found the best quality for the lowest amount of money.

We got my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Helzberg Diamonds (in Raleigh and in Cary, North Carolina). We were very happy with both locations. They didn't pressure us too much, and were very helpful answering all our questions.We have been back several times to have my ring cleaned, and we are still very happy with our jewelry and the service we have received.

We looked at every jewelry store in the mall, and always ended back at Helzberg. As always, sales-people can be overwhelming and pushy. One store we went to while in Wilmington, the people were pushy. The service in Winston-Salem was much better. We got my rings and my husband's band at Helzberg. Their service and the warranties are great. We are really happy with the rings and service we got at Helzberg.

My fiance' bought my engagement ring and band from Helzberg. They have always been helpful with my ring cleaning and inspections. I had to have my band and ring resized and sautered together since my band is an insert. I had my ring back within 3 days and looking brand new. I would recommend them to anyone.
