Zack Hayes was great. Not only did we get what we were looking for, we got it at a price well under the budget.

I still get all giddy when I look down and see my engagement ring and wedding band! It's absolutely perfect, stunning and unique. I get asked all the time where my DH got it and I proudly tell them to go to Hayes!!

I'm am the last person to write some vehement posts on internet, but today's incident at hayes jewelers has truly motivated me to devote some of my time and share my experience at mr. hayes's firm. So to keep it brief, I went to lexington nc to check out this much talked about jewelry store of this region. I shell out 2k on this rock, which was not even a ideal cut like I asked, but they denied it, but that's another story. Then while fitting the stone into my ring they have screwed up and damaged two prongs and also spaced them unevenly. When I came back and pointed it out I was told they would replace the head of the ring. Next week I came back and picked it up. The head was untouched, because I could see the same marks on the prongs. When I confronted the owned about it, he flipped out and started cursing and calling me a liar!! He was all in my face trying to insult me. Wow what a courteous and professional manner to deal with a customer. That old sack of shit is the most rude and unpleasant person I've ever met. I was lied to twice and cursed out at the end! Well that's about it. I don't give two shits about their "reputation". Hayes is a fucking lying, crooked piece of crap and 'll make sure as many people as possible know about it. Fuck you mr. Hayes and fuck your firm. Now off to warn some more people.

We worked with Zack Hayes in the Lexington, NC location to buy our wedding bands (he also sold us my engagement ring), and his service and selection is wonderful! He is so sweet to work with and he pulled out hundereds of rings for us to try on for as long as we wanted until we found the perfect fit. His prices are great and the quality of the rings is very high. He is also so great to work with for engravings, repairs, cleanings, and additional purchases! Go see Zack!

They custom made my wedding band that I had purchased from Belk & Co. Fine Jewelers. It was an odd shape and I seriously talked with him about five minutes and he had grasp of what I was looking for. Bruce is an excellent jeweler and provided fast service at a much lower price than other jewelers I had priced. It came out exactly as I had imagined but could not get across in words. It's a perfect fit next to my engagement ring. Hopefully my husband will be buying me more jewelry from Hayes because they have a great selection and great service. Thanks!

I can no say enough about HAYES! I found a perfect antique-y filligree ring. It was a total of 1 carat with a colorless center diamond for about 3900. With the diamond band, it was about 5000 for the set. We got a great and affordable band for my husband as well. I would go back there for other jewelry in a heartbeat! They have amazing prices and are so helpful! I felt like the only person in the store when I looked for hours!
