Elegant Ensembles

Elegant Ensembles was a great choice for us. We had them perform as a trio with trumpet for our ceremony and then they provided cocktail hour music at the barn. They had a fantastic selection of music from which to choose. All of our wedding selections and event details could be updated online where everyone could track the progress of what was happening for our special day. Nice job!

We had 3 strings from Elegant Ensembles for our ceremony and were extremely happy with them. We chose a variety of modern and classical songs and were very pleased with the song selections. Elegant Ensembles was very easy to deal with before the wedding and the day itself went very smoothly. They arrived on time and performed wonderfully.

No detail is left to chance as they gather all the necessary information and confirm it before the event. The musicians were dressed professionally and performed our selections flawlessly. Elegant Ensembles did a wonderful job for our wedding. They were easy to contact and worked well with my vocalist and flutist. We had to move the wedding indoors due to weather and this was no problem for them. I would highly recommend them for your formal affair.

Elegant Ensembles provided beautiful classical music for my daughter's wedding. They arrived early for the wedding and were playing absolutely beautiful music while the guests were entering. They played all of the music my daughter requested for the wedding. Many of the guests were impressed with the music!

I worked with Mark Snow to set up a string trio to play at our ceremony. I chose the music that we wanted and Mark took care of everything from there. I didn't even know they had arrived for the ceremony because they went ahead and set up and got ready to play. I was very happy with their quality of music. I absolutely loved having Elegant Ensembles perform for my wedding ceremony! I have always dreamed of having instruments (especially the flute) played at my wedding. Elegant Ensembles fulfilled these dreams and more! The music was beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for! We had a cello, violin, and flute play and each person did a spectacular job. I especially loved that they were an hour early to set up and started playing 30 minutes prior for our guests to enjoy. They were very professional in every way including their attire (black dresses and suites/tuxes), how quickly and thoroughly they respond to emails and phone calls, and organization. They provide an online tool for you to plan the ceremony. This helped me so much since I have never planned a wedding before and was able to make unlimited changes to it! Highly recommend!!

In planning my wedding, there was one thing I knew for sure...I wanted a string quartet to provide the music for my ceremony. Personally, I have over seven years of experience in playing the violin and therefore, I have always had an ear for classical music. Mark Snow and Elegant Ensembles really went above and beyond in executing my vision. As their name suggests, they provided an elegant and poetic atmosphere that our guests marveled over. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy their music, but we were just thrilled to work with them on a personal level. They were extremely responsive to our needs and requests, they were punctual, they were flexible, and they went out of their way to make sure that they catered to our every wish. This personal touch really made the difference. Trust me, there are plenty of things to worry about when planning your wedding. Our daughter's wedding would not have been complete without Elegant Ensembles! The ceremony music was beyond beautiful. The trio was very accommodating allowing our niece to sing with them. They traveled two hours north from North Carolina to Virginia, played at the ceremony then traveled another twenty mins. to the reception site where once again played magnificently during our cocktail hour. I hope someday to host another event where Elegant Ensembles can share their gift of music.

Mark Snow was there for me from start to finish! I selected all of my music for the ceremony and they have a wide range of songs they are capable of playing. I had a string trio consisting of a violin, viola an cello and it was just beautiful! I also requested to have a soloist sing "O Perfect Love" by Joseph Barnby during the lighting of the unity candle and they provided that as well! Everything they performed was gorgeous! HIGHLY recommend!

Mark was wonderful to work with, always responded very quickly to our emails and was very flexible with our changing music choices. Musicians were on time, professional, and the music was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for more.

Mark and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They worked with me prior to the wedding to help me decide on which music would be most suitable for my ceremony, based on my wedding style. Mark gave me great advice. During the actual event, there was a rain delay causing Elegant Ensembles to have to move their chairs and equipment three times. Never once did they complain, helping make everything run a little smoother in spite of the unfortunate weather conditions. Their quality and sound were absolutely beautiful. I personally picked a string trio to play at my wedding, and all of my guests including myself were impressed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.
