Edible Artistry

Elaine was amazing! The cake was impeccable on both design and taste. Edible Artistry was the most economical choice, AND was superb! We loved working with Elaine, and she made sure to incorporate our cake toppers into the overall design. We got so many compliments on the cake. Definitely go with Elaine and Edible Artistry!

We used Edible Artistry for our wedding cake last weekend. Elaine did such a wonderful job! We had a 3 square tier cake, all of tres leche. It was so delicious. The cake was so beautiful. We had met with her several months before the wedding and discussed the basic look that we like. I dropped off some decorations about 1 week before the wedding and when I saw the cake at the reception, it looked even better than I had pictured it in my mind! Our event planner at our reception site told us that she has never had an issue with Elanie, especially with promptness. She said Elaine has always been on time (or early) for her. I highly recommend Elaine. She knows good wedding cakes!

Elaine did a fabulous job making and designing our wedding cake!!! We had a 4 tier tres leche and strawberry cake, which was out of this world!!! We were married July 30 and people are still telling us how wonderful our cake was. Not to mention, these comments were from people that have tasted quite a few different types of wedding cakes. Edible Artistry was professional, communicated, and answered all of my emails in a timely manner. I had quite a few questions and Elaine ALWAYS got right back to me and gave some ideas that helped make our cake beautiful!! =) Our cake, as mentioned, was 4 tiers, white, with intricate designs, malibu ribbon, and gerber daisies. An absolute goregous wedding cake and the stand was perfect as well!!! Elaine takes her time and is VERY serious about her cakes. I would recommend Edible Artistry to any bride-to-be that is searching for the perfect wedding cake!! We can't wait for our 1st year anniversary to have more cake. =)

Elaine did a wonderful job for my daughter's wedding cake. It was beautiful and tasted great. I wish I had a slice right now. She was helpful in offering much needed sugesstions when ordering. I would highly recommend Edible Artistry.

I got married on June 4, 2011 and all I can say is OMG. Elaine at Edible Artistry is amazing. Our cake was three tier and all tiers had tres leche - AMAZING!!!! Besides Elaine having unbelieveably yummy cake she is also wonderful to work with. I most certainly recommend Edible Artistry for your wedding cake.

We were referred to Edible Artistry by our wedding coordinator; she did not mislead us! It was a pleasure to work with Elaine. She explained everything to us and made sure that every detail was to our liking. The cake was gorgeous AND it was delicious. It was so good, that we're going to have to be repeat customers....my husband and I have already enjoyed our top tier of cake! (It was that good!)

I've had to think very hard about my review of Edible Artistry, this was the vendor I had the most difficulty with during wedding planning. Elaine's cakes are easily some of the most delicious cakes I've ever had. Even my husband, who generally hates icing and is only "meh" about cake, liked this cake. We chose three flavors; tres leches, a yellow cake with amaretto filling, and a yellow cake with almond filling. Although the cake was delicious and delivered on time, I can't in good faith recommend this vendor. Elaine and I had communications breakdowns in the weeks leading up to the wedding regarding the physical aesthetic of the cake. After multiple phone calls and dozens of e-mails, we ended up with a plain iced cake with no decoration. I was pretty disappointed in the way the design turned out, and with the business practices and communication that I encountered during the process of ordering our cake. I think Elaine would do an okay job copying a photo of a design, but creating a custom design is not her strong point. I do not recommend Edible Artistry.

I tried 3 bakeries including Buy Me Cake and Dewey's but Elaine at Edible Artistry lent the most time to making my wedding cake special and perfect. She requested swatches, took notes, asked a lot of questions, and allowed to me sample nearly every cake she offered. The cake was beautiful and delicious...as if my grandmother made it!On the day of, my mother-in-law helped Elaine and said that Elaine refused to allow the cake to look "less than perfect." She found a large cake stand from my caterer and added some petals to make the cake look even more amazing. I could not ask for more!Thank you so much!!!

Elaine with Edible Artistry made an amazing cake for my wedding! The communication was great and she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The cake itself was absolutely beautiful, delicious and it was more than I could have ever hoped for. I definitely would recommend Edible Artistry to anyone!

A few things that could have been better. Communication wise, there were a few misunderstandings, my cake did not turn out anything like the one I picked. The cake was very plain looking. The stand that I wanted did not make it was a plain white cake with letters on it. However, it tasted very good!

Although there were a bit of a problem with communication in the beginning, the cake turned out perfect and tasted absolutely delicious. Elaine did a wonderful job on a tough monogram and she was also called on by our reception vendor to remake the top of our cake (as it got "thrown away" after the reception) and did did a wonderful, quick, job on the second one too.

The Cake was beautiful, a little TOO sweet, but very nice.
