I couldn't have been happier with my wedding day hair and makeup! Carla did my updo and airbrushed makeup, along with updos for three of my bridesmaids and makeup for the mothers. From the start, it was clear that she wanted to understand everyone's vision for their wedding day look and she implemented it all perfectly. She came to us at the venue on the day of the wedding to do our hair and makeup and it was like she was just one of the girls - she was a total pleasure to work with and be around.
I was super impressed that after a night full of nonstop dancing (which also meant sweating), then a ride across town with my husband in our convertible getaway car, my hair had barely budged and still looked great! I would definitely recommend Carla to future brides-to-be. In fact, I'll be seeing her again soon when I'm a bridesmaid in my best friend's upcoming wedding that she's doing!

I firmly believe there isn't a makeup/hair artist out there that could've make me feel more beautiful on my wedding day than Carla White. She knows her stuff! Absolutely wonderful at hair, sculpting it, teasing it, twisting it, she can do wonders with hair. She was super focused and extremely talented. Like I said she made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever on my wedding day!

Carla was great to work with. I was an out-of-towner with one time I was coming back to Greensboro before the wedding -- at a couple weeks before her due date she came over to my parent's home to do a trial of hair and make-up. The overall was natural and she let me wear it for the day and respond with any feedback. That was just the trial run...now to the day of the wedding...Carla's hair-lady (sorry blanking on the name :() was turning out really cute up-do's in 30 minutes flat. Amazing and then Carla worked on my hair and make-up as well as make-up for the Moms. The mothers looked amazing and I being a crazy dancer...actually maintained my look throughout the night. Let me tell you...that NEVER happens :) I always end up looking sweaty and well, like I never bothered getting ready. I highly recommend trusting Carla and team for hair and make-up. It will be one of the most important days in all of my life and I really felt beautiful and not over-done. Thank you, Carla!

Carla White is amazingly talented. During my hair and makeup trials, both my mom and myself tried various hair and makeup styles till we found the perfect one, Carla was so accommodating. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows in her work. On my wedding day, I looked and felt so beautiful. The ladies in my wedding party loved being pampered too. We looked flawless in video and pictures! Carla White is worth every penny.

Carla was wonderful! She was surprisingly available very last minute and responded quickly after I contacted her. She came to the location of the wedding and was very fun to work with. She listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. She had no problems with me asking her to change something (which I didn't need to do). The make-up and hair lasted ALL DAY with no fading or falling. She's very easy to be around and made it seem like we were a bunch of girlfriends sitting around talking. Hair and make-up was the last thing I lined up and I feel so fortunate to have found Carla.

Carla is awesome!!! She did my hair and make-up for my wedding on October 1, 2011. It was gorgeous! I had so many people compliment the entire look. Carla was a dream to work with throughout the entire process from the trial run to the big day! Carla did my hair for both my rehearsal dinner and after my wedding ceremony for a style that would hold all night long but would also look soft, romantic and beautiful. Carla did a phenomenal job and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was prompt and took the time with me to make the style just what I wanted for my special weekend. She truly has a gift. When we only had limited time after the wedding ceremony to pull my hair up and put it in a style that would stay all evening but was still soft around my face, Carla was there and did the job quickly and efficiently so I could get to my reception. I couldn't have been happier with how my hair turned out in my pictures and its all thanks to Carla! I hope I have another excuse to use her again soon!

Carla was wonderful! I have never looked so pretty in my whole life! I don't normally wear alot of makeup, but she was able to put together a look so I still looked like myself. She also met with me before the wedding to pick out the perfect lipstick. She responded to my emails without 1-2 hours and overall was great! I would wholeheartely recommend her to anyone! She is amazing!

Carla was amazing! This woman really knows what she's doing when it comes to making a bride beautiful! She knew exactly what I needed and has all the latest technology (airbrush) in make up. She was so helpful and traveled to my location for my portraits and on the wedding day. My bridesmaids and I were so comfortable with her, it was like she was one of the girls. Carla is a wonderful make up artist and hair dresser, trust her to make you beautiful on that special day. My new husband was so impressed with her talent and helpfulness. She's great at listening and doing what you want, while doing what looks great at the same time. I would recommend her anytime!

Carla did a phenomenal job with my hair and makeup for my wedding. She truly cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the way I looked and she knew exactly what shades and colors to make me look beautiful. I had no complaints with what she did for myself and all of my attendants and we all looked great! Carla was also flexible and was able to fit in others that were not planning on using her services, but they decided the day of the wedding to have their hair and makeup done because she did such a great job on the other girls. I will defiantly use Carla in the future! Thanks again Carla for making me look so beautiful for my wedding!

Carla was amazing! I have always had bad experiences with having updos and make up. Carla made me feel beautiful and flawless! My make up was so natural and I loved my hair. She is so great at listening to what her clients want and making sure they are completely happy and feel confident and beautiful! She now is my hairdresser and I will not go to anyone else! Carla is both friendly and professional. She arrived to the place where I was having my wedding before I did and was ready for me when I got there. Carla did an awesome work. My hair stayed beautiful all weekend long and my makeup was amazing too. Both my mom and my made of honor loved their hair and makeup. Carla also helped my grandma even when it was not in the initial plan. She is great and I will definitely contact her again for my future hair and makeup needs. She helped me be a very happy bride!!! When I met Carla at a bridal show, I was thrilled to have finally found an airbrush artist in the area. Anytime I go to a salon, spa, etc. to have a service done, I absolutely, 110% value honesty (after all, I'm not a cosmetologist for a reason!). Carla was honest, meticulous, and genuine when we met to have my wedding make-up trial on 2/19/2011.
It can be quite intimidating to go into a beauty salon where everyone who works there looks like they stepped off a runway (perfect hair, make-up, style, etc.), but Carla was completely laid back, and it was obvious she CARED about what I wanted to look the best on my wedding day. She even spent an extra 30 minutes getting my eyes PERFECT. You can tell she loves what she does, and even recommended a beauty regimen to help take care of my beauty concerns. I have had make-up done professionally done before, and Carla White BY FAR is the best all around!

Carla did a phenomonal job on my hair and make-up for my trial run. She was very flexible and was able to do my trial as scheduled despite the fact that she had a sick child. She was very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair and make-up looked much better than I had imagined. She succeeded at balancing my ideas with her own personal expertise about what would look best for me. I am looking forward to my wedding day without any worry about how my hair and make-up will turn out. I highly recommend using Carla. Her prices are very reasonable for the great service she offers!

I am so thankful that Carla was present for hair and makeup at my best friend's wedding. I unfortunately had the flu and felt miserable, but you would NEVER know it from looking at the pictures! My hair and makeup looked perfect and I was impressed with Carla's kindness, talent, and attention to detail. Having a hair and makeup artist who can make me look great even in the midst of the flu kind of feels like knowing the location to the Fountain of Youth.

Carla was amazing!!! My husband and I were married in September 2008. Still to this day, I look at our photos with my makeup and hair done and I wish Carla was able to make me up every day. All five of my girls, my mom and myself looked fabulous. My makeup and hair never had to be re-touched the whole night. Great pricing and works well under pressure. She brings lots of ideas to the table and will also go off of pictures if you have them. I have utilized Carla's talents more than once and have been happy with the results every time.

Carla's expertise and talent was a true asset to our wedding. I loved that she traveled to our location so that my bridesmaids and I could get ready onsite. That aspect really helped reduce stress on the wedding day and it allowed us to hang out and provide lunch for everyone while we waited for the ceremony to begin. Carla and her assistant were very professional and definitely knew how to handle different types of hair and requests from the girls. Carla's make-up application was precise and improved our photos immensely.
