We used Blue Diamond for bachelorette and wedding day events. We had multiple limos and cars and last minute changes, additions and on and on. Brandi at Blue Diamond was wonderful and sweet to work with and never seemed aggrevated with us even when I was rushing to the rehersal dinner finally telling her where a pick up was occuring the next morning. The drivers were all professional and kind and limos clean and fancy. I highly recommend Blue Diamond. I also like that this is a highly respected and successful woman owned operation in our area.

AWFUL. I don't even know where to start and I sincerely wanted to keep this as objective as possible...First the owner was a nightmare. She is rude, doesn't show any business savvy or accountability, and is your only recourse if things go wrong. And they did here and she blamed my wedding planner for her company's faults and wrongdoings... Is this worth risking and jeopardizing your special day: 1. The hummer limo didn't have sufficient AC on a 90+ degree afternoon. We were melting. Thankfully I wasn't in my dress at that point. She accused me of not taking the time to call when we had noticed and this was not only my wedding day, but expected to be done when? during the car ride? commonsense would tell you that is too late and impossible. I also have a voicemail admitting a service check "showed one fan wasn't working properly..." It goes on for 3 minutes and it is bad. Instead of asking me to contact her regarding the matter she incriminates her company over and over. 2. The limo driver never made it to pick up the guys. I know, ridiculous right. They actually had to take 4 cars to drive themselves, just 30 minutes before the ceremony started. Our dads included. We didn't have passes for them at Duke Chapel even and all 30 reserved spaces were taken. They also missed important pictures and I actually had to be put back in a room so the groom wouldn't run into me. Then they had to find time to move their cars out afterward and drive to the reception 25 minutes away... Can you even imagine.3. The driver needed our best man to get her out of Durham and to the reception. Luckily my husband and I were in a car from another transportation company and I didn't know about it until after. It would have ruined this otherwise perfect wedding.4. Three of the passengers got sick in the limo on the way to the reception venue. We stopped at Duke Gardens for pictures and the driver couldn't even get the limo in the parking lot. The limo had to stop again to let some of the girls out and into a guest's car. One of my bridesmaids, pregnant, actually had to leave right after dinner as she was never able to feel better. I was mortified and heartbroken when I found out.5. When I talked to the owner, she actually stated lie and excuse after lie and excuse and never offered a sensible solution. Moreover, when she knew she wasn't in the right she hung up on me. Check out Citysearch online and you can see many others say she did the same thing to them.6. She actually had the nerve to try to not contact us and simply refund $100 out of the $725, that's it! (I talked to her finally by phone after she tried the nominal refund). But that means she had our account information to be able to run that. Definitely not someone I want holding on to account information.Unbelievable and unacceptable. She hasn't returned my wedding planner's calls and I am planning to file a claim with our credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. It was THAT serious and THAT horrible an experience.BRIDES PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND CROSS THIS COMPANY OFF THE LIST! There are too many other transportation companies, at similar if not better pricing, to ever have to potentially deal with this!!

They were terrible to work with the day of the wedding. The day before the wedding they asked if they could come 30 minutes late which I told them that would be fine because we had to take pictures. They were then over an additional 20 minutes late. The limo was supposed to fit 14 people comfortable, and we had to smash everyone in, including having people sit on the floor. Also, we had brought champagne to them ahead of time, and they knew how many people were going to be riding, and there were only 10 glasses in the limo. The driver was on his phone the whole time that we were getting in the car, and was no help at all. When we called afterwards they said that they delivered the car that they were supposed to and that they weren't going to do anything about it and were VERY rude! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with Blue Diamond Limousine for our wedding. Everyone from the office was friendly and great at responding to questions. We originally booked the 22 passenger Hummer-limo for our wedding, but Carrie had called to see if we would mind switching to the 26 passenger limo bus. It was perfect! We could just walk right in rather than squatting and sliding around in a typical limo. When you were inside, it looked just like any other limo, only there was room to stand up! Carl was our driver and did an excellent job. The company has a policy that they will arrive to you 15 minutes prior to the time that you need them, and he was there waiting even earlier! We could fit our entire wedding party, their dates, and our close family in the limo. I know that they were enjoying the snacks on board! I highly recommend Blue Diamond Limousine and the limo bus for your wedding.

We had the 35 passenger bus and it was great! He arrived early and did multiple trips from the venue to the hotel. He did awesome with all of our rowdy guests! I would definitely recommend them!

We used Blue Diamond for our wedding day to drive my husband and I to our reception and then to our hotel. We enjoyed the limo rides thanks to Blue Diamond. The driver was very nice, the limo was pretty and clean, and we liked the red carpet rolled out! There were drinks and snacks available which was nice too.

Blue Diamond was perfect for our day. They worked with us to provide safe and reliable transportation on our wedding day. We used two of their limos and they arrived early before pickup and were easy to work with throughout the day. We were very pleased with the service.

Overall, we were very pleased with Blue Diamond. The people who worked in the office were very helpful, and always took care of my random requests ahead of time. The chauffeur was very nice and dressed very nicely. The limos come with some snacks and drinks (water and soda), which was a very nice touch.We had very few issues. First of all, the limo that they sent had a few (very very minor) maintenance issues, such as things in the interior that had been messed up, very minor (cosmetic) damage. I also wish we had been able to rent for a shorter period of time (on the weekends, they have a 4 hour minimum, which understandable, but I still wish we had been able to only rent it for the end of the night).Overall, I would definitely recommend them again and use them again if I ever had an occasion to!

Blue Diamonds Limos provided a beautiful, clean white limo for my wedding!The have sparkling juice, pretty ceiling lights, 'Just Married' flags, and a red carpet! I would definitely recommend Blue Diamond Limos for all your special occasions!

We had William as our driver and he was great. He arrived at my parents EARLY! to pick up the girls and was helpful around the house while he waited for us to get it together and head to the church. He was very polite and had no problems going to random spots around Raleigh for us to take pictures after the ceremony - my photographer mentioned to me that we had a good limo driver because not all drivers would be so patient with us! The limo itself looked great and was nice and clean inside - stocked with snacks and drinks - especially water which was needed! We provided our own champagne. My only complaint is that the limo was very warm and the AC didn't seem to work super well - but this could have been because 14 bodies were squeezed in. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

They were good---didn't knock my socks off, though. It ened up being more expensive then we thought. We got a hummer stretch limo. Everyone fit great and loved it! :)

They were a good limo service for the price and the time we had them. The only problem is the driver got confused and so my groom and his attendants were not at the church when they were supposed to be which freaked me and everyone else out, BUT they were good.
