Ordered goods 14 September haven't sighted them. I am concerned after reading replies to complaints with the language used that this company is in Asia and not NY.
this is an international order, we reshipped it to you at no extra cost you should have it within 7 days wish you would contact us first instead of leaving bad reviews but its understandable I guess. AND YES we are located in NY not Asia. take care.

Nov. 21st I placed my order with the website for Raquella earrings, Carlina and Romantica feather comb. Notified on Nov. 26th that my order had been processed,Nov. 27th I received a tracking number from Paypal. DAYS later with no update to the tracking services with USPS (which I understand takes time and is not always accurate) it still read that notification of my package had been sent to the USPS but the package had not yet been dropped off/picked up for shipping. I attempted to call Bella-Tiara through their 718 number 3 times starting with twice on Tues. Dec. 4th and once more on Wed. Dec. 5th No answer. Fri. Dec. 7th wrote an email to Bella-Tiara with no return email. I then opened a PayPal dispute Fri. afternoon again no return email/conversation/phone call anything! Bella-Tiara answered at the 718 number on Mon. 12/10. A nice woman answers and assures me that my order shipped out on Thurs. that my tracking should update that evening. Now why in the hell would a package if shipped on Thurs. 12/06 be updated as of 12/10 as finally being dropped/picked up for shipping? Today 12/12/12 I received my package from NY. My Raquella earrings are acceptable. My hair feather comb well I was hoping to see a glimmering fluffy feather hairpiece but what I received looks like 10 people have worn it! Feathers are greasy and have glue all over them! RHINESTONES MISSING and beads covered in GLUE! A total amateur put this piece of work together! It even had additional wiring (that somehow had two pearls in it which there are no pearls anywhere else). The Carlina cageveil... cheap CRAP! I'm glad I bought it "on sale" I still feel ripped off! Look at their BBB report they have 3 reports for poor customer service/quality!The tags that were on all of the items were: Jankuo (earrings) which can be bought on amazon.com same $, DS Bridal Accessories (cage veil) and well in the case of the hair comb no designer is responsible for this tragedy because Bella-Tiara is responsible

I ordered the Meredith Swarovski Crystal vine wrap from Bella Tiara and could not be happier. I spoke on the phone with the owner about what i wanted and she even recommended that they could custom make it exactly the way I wanted. I went ahead and ordered it custom made and received it in about 2 days after it being shipped out. Quality is great! Beautiful crystals! Will definetly be using this company again as the wedding gets closer.
I was quite please with my purchase. When I unsure if my order would arrive I emailed Bella Tiara and received a prompt response. Quite pleased with my product, price and customer service. For someone who is quite skeptical about purchasing online; this was a very positive and successful experience. Highly recommended to all brides out there :)

I received my wedding veil (Edward Berger designer) and it was amazing with fine details. I also ordered earrings and a Swarovski crystal bracelet, which were both beautiful and exceed my expectations. Lot's of tasteful bling at affordable prices!! The shipping was fast. All the items that I ordered look beautiful and they let me know that the shipment was going to be late and I was able to track my order online.
I am so terribly put off by this company, I am sick. I spent over $250 on a couple different jewelry pieces. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have nothing to show for it. I have written emails and called twice. It has been almost two months. I was told I would get a call back, but I never got one. I am very frustrated. I don't care what kind of problems a company might have with back-orders or other issues, all I want is some decent communication. I have requested my order be cancelled.

i placed an order with bella-tiara 3 weeks ago today, i sent them an email stating my concern with no response back. i did call and I spoke to a nice woman who answered promptly with the promise to call me back. However, reading all these reviews i would really rather have my money back. i tried calling bella-tiara back to tell them and i got an answering machine instead. I would love to have my money returned so i can make sure i dont have an issue receiving my items after my wedding date or receive them 4 weeks later and have them be cheaply made.
The evening bag is beautiful, I'm looking forward to wearing it to my nieces wedding.
I received my CZ vine earrings and bracelet in the mail today and they are beautiful! I received earrings from Bella Jewelry when I was a bridesmaid and I promised myself I would buy my wedding jewelry here when I got the chance. I can't wait to wear them! Quality is exceptional and I received it very quickly. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality products.
I ordered a Symphony bridal tiara from this company. It took 4 days for them to ship it and I waited 3 weeks for it to arrive at my door. When I finally received my tiara, it was not the one I ordered!!! It was a Symphony headband which looked similar, but not what I ordered!!
I immediatly emailed the company and it took them 5 days to respond back. They said the tiara I ordered was out of stock and they will have it back in a month. Then I found all of these "not so good" reviews online.
So...it has been a month of my time wasted.
I think the company knew they didn't have that tiara I ordered and sent me a similar one trying to "pass it off" as the one I ordered. I feel duped.
I sent the wrong tiara back, yesterday with a letter stating I would like a full refund and I will never do business with them again.
I actually ordered the tiara I wanted with a different distributor that looks a lot more professional and they actually have their address listed on their webpage, so you know where they are and you can contact them. I had to pay a little more, but that is fine with me! As long as I get the right product I ordered! This company was a waste of my time!!
I hope I get my refund from this company.
Oh...and when they send you something, you don't get a tracking number?
item customer received looked identical to what she ordered an honest mistake, not a problem refunding her as she cannot wait for the original item to arrive.

The item that I was told is "out of stock" and won't be available for another month, still says on their website that it is available and will shop in 5-7 days. That is wrong. I have never ordered anything else online before and received the wrong item. This is a first! Common mistake for sending me the wrong item? What a joke. This is not proper good business. They don't have a very good inventory of their products. Very unreliable. If I would wait for my right piece, who knows if I would get it in time? Brides - don't waste your time with this company. Go someplace else that will appreciate your business! I felt like I was being lied to about my item being "out of stock" after a whole month a waiting for the wrong item to show up. I was not notified at all, that it was out of stock. Very bad customer service.

I ordered a headband Jan 25, 2013. Still have not received it. E-mailed and never received response. Phoned couple weeks ago and informed would be reshipped and would receive it in 3-4 days. Still haven't received it. Tried calling, got recording to e-mail. I feel like this is going in circles. I am getting married May 17th. Now I have to hurry to try and find another vendor to get a headband. Not sure if this is jewelry item or accessory.
I have looked all over (Oregon and Washington) for quality chandelier earrings for my wedding. No luck until Bella-Tiara! They have a HUGE selection. My maid of honor and I spent all night trying to decide between all of the earrings. When we did she purchased a pair and I purchased two because I couldn't make up my mind still. When the earrings arrived I realized that one of the pairs they sent me was not the one I ordered, although they were beautiful. I called the next day and explained what happened. They said, "No problem!" They shipped me the pair I had originally purchased and let me keep the other two pairs so I could compare them and pick the one that fitted best with my wedding dress. I offered to send one pair back since they were sending me an additional set and I had only paid for two. They told me to wait so I didn't have to ship two packages which was so awesome. My other earrings arrived quickly and were the perfect fit. I sent back the other two sets and went back and purchased a bracelet! This is above and beyond what they had to do for me. On top of that when the earrings arrived they were just as beautiful in person as they looked online. No disappointments there! The site is great as well because on most items they give you general measurements, like the earrings are 2" long and 1" wide at the widest spot, and things like that. It helped so much in determining which earrings I wanted. Love this place!

The item I purchased, a pair of earrings are beautiful but I thaught a little
pricy. The service was good. I would have preferred to order by phone but did not see a phone number to place the order. That may have been my fault.
I had received the wrong order about 5 weeks ago and still haven't received the return stamp. I have called every week and they tell it will be in my inbox by the end of the night or they will call me back in ten minutes. Still waiting for both. They don't even ask for my name when I call. Not happy with the service at all.
