Above and Beyond Catering

One of my first decisions as a bride-to-be was to find a friendly, accessible, flexible caterer. Trying to plan a wedding in NC while living in DC was going to be a challenge but Christie and her team made everything so flawless and perfect! The food at the tasting matched what we received at the reception. The staff was prompt, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Above & Beyond to every bride in the triangle area....along with their bbq stuffed hush puppies!

Above and Beyond lived up to their name when it came to catering our wedding! The process was made so easy by Christi and her staff to sample menu items to narrow them down for the reception. The food they offer is exceptional with such a variety to fit any budget. The staff for our reception was amazing!!! I cannot say enough kind words about the people who made it happen on the day of the wedding. They were very professional, friendly and very fun to have around while setting up earlier in the day. They even stepped up to help out with the cake/cupcakes and toast, although they weren't "in charge" of it. They have many plate, silverware and napkin options as well as beautiful linens for the tables. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond for any catering needs!

It couldn't have been any better. All of the food was fantastic! The ham you served has been a family favorite every since. My friends from five hours away have come back to our house for the holidays once they realized you were catering again. Very professional!!! Thank you!

For my venue I was able to choose from 3 of their preferred caterers without paying an extra cost. After visiting their websites, I chose two to have tastings with and chose Above & Beyond to cater my wedding without hesitation. When I called to do the tasting she let me choose what I wanted to taste, which was very helpful in picking the menu. Christie, the owner and manager is friendly and professional - but very busy and sometimes seems rushed. She did make everything the way I wanted it though. The food was amazing, it was not like a cookie cutter wedding. Everyone commented on it at the wedding, and even afterward! They do not nickel and dime you like other places as well and I was able to include things other places probably would have charged me for (like a vegetarian dish for 2 people). I would recommend them for any kind of event, especially a wedding!
