FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Our full-service planning package lets us handle your details from start to finish from hiring and meeting with vendors to arranging weekend activities for your guests. This type of service is great for couples who are having a complex event or simply need a professional to guide them every step of the way and to handle all the details of executing their vision.
WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
Our wedding day pro helps to make sure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. We begin our involvement about a month before the wedding to make sure all your details are in place. We handle all your vendors and oversee setup on the day of your wedding. We can also coordinate any type of cleanup if needed, so that you and your family members can just relax and enjoy the day. Our wedding day coordination is perfect for couples who plan to be very hands-on during the planning process and are comfortable negotiating contracts and organizing details.
Our Event Designer focuses on pulling together the overall look of your day. We are like an interior designer for your event, working with our preferred vendors, from invitations to florists we bring your vision to life based on the style, taste, and vision you've dreamed up. Brides often turn to event designers to achieve a unique theme idea or concept and make sure their wedding look amazing.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Not only can the Cathy Anna team help you stay organized and suggest incredible never-been-done ideas, but we can also end up saving you thousands and keep you on track with your budget! We work very closely with florists, rental companies and other pros. We have access to industry discounts, which we pass along to you making hiring a planner well worth the cost. We would love to be your full service planning company or wedding day coordinator to help relieve the stress of the planning process.
REMEMBER… if your venue offers an on-site wedding coordinator, they are not responsible for your rehearsal, vendor management or directing of your ceremony (unless designated specifically in your contract). Their main responsibility is to ensure the venue is available at your designated times and that all their guidelines are being followed and property protected.
